Mechanical Pressure Roller Briquette Press

The mechanical pressure ball briquette machine is for pressing powder materials into balls. It is of the characteristics of high pressure, reliable performance, and adjustable speed. It is widely used for briquetting, pelletizing, or pressing materials such as coal powder, brown coal powder, peat, coal gangue powder, charcoal powder, coke powder, aluminum slag, magnesium chips, quicklime powder, sludge, fertilizer, etc. The mechanical pressure ball briquette machine is mainly composed of four parts, the feeding part, the power transmission part (including the motor, pulley, coupling, gear, and reducer), the forming part (press roller, shaft, and bearing) and the discharging part. The power is provided by the electric motor to the main machine and transmitted to the driving shaft through the belt pulley and gear reducer through the coupling. The driving shaft and the driven shaft are kept synchronously and reversely rotated by an open gear. When the raw materials enter the machine, the unit forming pressure becomes larger and larger, until the counter roller reaches the maximum value at the centerline of the "0-0" part. As the rollers continue to rotate, the forming pressure continues to decrease until the balls fall off from the rollers.
