Mixer

This machine is a charcoal processing device, which is specially designed for charcoal briquettes manufacturing. This type mixer is widely used in mixing charcoal powder and binder together and evenly. During mixing, water will be fed into mixing chamber by PLC control system. After mixing, forced pressing section will increase materials density. Therefore, this type mixer has fuction of combining mixing and forced pressing into one device.

b. Combined mixing device and forced pressing section into one unit.

c. Charcoal density could be adjusted at discharging port.

d. Pneumatic device for discharging port of mixing section.
