Rotary Shisha Charcoal Tablet Press

Rotary type shisha charcoal press machine is suitable for pressing various charcoal powders into round tablets. Rotary speed, material filling depth and tablet thickness are all adjustable. The upside part is the tablet forming chamber, and down part consists of a frame structure, transmission device, and gearbox. The electric cabinet is separated from tablet press, safe and easy to operate. There is a suction box inside the machine. The nozzle can absorb the dust generated when the machine is rotated, avoiding the adhesive blockage and recycling the raw materials for reuse. The feeding device is equipped in the left side, and there are a pair of rollers in the upside and downside of the machines left side. With rotary plate rotating, it will drive forming mold through feeder device and rollers. In the meantime, the up and down punches do vertical motion along with curved guide rails to complete the table pressing process.
