On August 19, 2019, Malaysian client came to Anyang City, Henan Province to conduct a site visit to the EP machinery factory. The customer is mainly engaged in the construction of a shisha charcoal production project. The customer’s factory has been built. At present, customers and our company mainly discuss shisha charcoal production projects, including the crusher, mixer, rotary tablet press, charcoal briquette extruder and other production equipment and drying room. The customer tests shisha charcoal machine at the E.P production plant; On August 20, 2019, the customer came The E.P office of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, customers explained the needs and ideas to business people, and the business person developed detailed production plans and production arrangements according to customer requirements.

E.P’s technical person led the customer to visit and introduce the complete set of shisha charcoal production line and production equipment.

E.P technical is introducing and demonstrating the mixer to client. This mixer is equipped with an independent motor for easy operation and maintenance.

The customer learned about the details of the crusher, rotary tablet press, charcoal briquette extruder, and drying room by E.P technical person.

After the single-machine production equipment was understand, E.P technical person adjusted shisha charcoal equipment for producing shisha charcoal and demonstrated the process of producing shisha charcoal to client on the spot.
