The pressure can be customized according to your needs. Generally, the pressure of the ball briquette machine is determined by the raw material and the hardness you required for the finished ball briquette.

Different materials have a different service life, and the material of the mold can be customized according to the specific situation of the customer. The service life of 65Mn material is generally 10-12 months, the service life of 9Cr2Mo material is generally 1.5-2 years, and the service life of stainless steel is generally 3-4 years.

The output depends on the size of the ball mold (the size of the finished ball briquette), and the density of the material. Hourly output = ball mold volume × material density × ball mold quantity × rotation speed × 60 minutes.

Replace -220# gear oil (reducer) every six months; Add grease to the bearing once a month; Add hydraulic oil -46# anti-wear hydraulic oil once a month.
