Automatic Weighing & Batching System

This system is newly designed by E.P own research and development. And it mostly applies in charcoal briquetting production line. And the system covers 2 hoppers (one for storage, one for weighing), automatic weighing section, PLC control, and weighing meters. This system is a kind of cumulative weighing, and widely used in accurate measurement of materials and automatic batching during production.

In Charcoal briquette forming process, binder is a necessary element to form into solid briquettes. It means the charcoal briquetting production requires charcoal powder and binder mixing together and evenly, and the percentage of binder is very important to make good quality briquettes.
